Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging.
Custom Orders
Custom-made masks are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you receive a defective item.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
